Nueva Andalucia is one of the most exclusive areas on the Costa del Sol, located at the back of Puerto Banus away from the noise of the lively nightlife there and just minutes away from the beaches. It is located in Golf Valley with the nearest courses including Las Brisas, La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Aloha and the floodlit Dame del Noche.
Nueva Andalucia is a small town with attractive wide streets which are lined with palm trees. It offers the choice of some excellent restaurants ranging from an American diner to stylish eateries which include the Ivy Marbella, Regina and Ogilvy & Mailer. Centro Plaza is in the middle of the town with several bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, jewellers, mobile telephone and interior design shops. There is a large rastro market held every Saturday between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm which stretches from Centro Plaza past the bullring and right down into Puerto Banus.
Nueva Andalucia has some high quality villas, apartments and townhouses for sale. Property in this area offers excellent investment potential because of its location near to Puerto Banus and Marbella and its infrastructure. There is an international school and college, a number of private clinics, doctors, dentists and a health centre.
Nueva Andalucia is an area where people can comfortably live; buy property for use as a second home overseas; to let during the summer season to holidaymakers or rent for a longer period to the many people who live and work there.
